Bu bildiri, dijital platformlarda algoritmik sıralama ve öneri sistemlerinin öfke, korku ve merak gibi temel duyguları nasıl dolaşıma soktuğunu iletişim bilimi perspektifinden incelemektedir. Çalışmanın temel problemi, çağdaş medya ekosistemlerinde bireyin yalnızca mesaj alan ya da mesaj üreten bir aktör olarak değil, sürekli uyarılan, ölçülen, yönlendirilen ve duygusal olarak biçimlendirilen kırılgan bir özne olarak konumlanmasıdır. Bu çerçevede çalışma, algoritmik yönetişim, duygu ekonomisi, platform kapitalizmi ve medya psikolojisi literatürleri arasında disiplinlerarası bir bağ kurarak konuyu yalnızca teknik medya kullanımı düzeyinde değil, psikolojik, etik ve kültürel sonuçları bakımından ele almaktadır. Yöntem bakımından kuramsal modelleme ve eleştirel platform analizi yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Bildiri, önce kavramın kuramsal sınırlarını belirlemekte, ardından bu kavramın dijital medya pratikleri, gündelik iletişim biçimleri ve toplumsal anlam üretimi içinde nasıl görünür hale geldiğini tartışmaktadır. Analiz, iletişim süreçlerinin nötr ve araçsal yapılar olmadığı; aksine öznenin dikkatini, duygusunu, hafızasını ve ilişki kurma biçimini dönüştüren aktif anlam sistemleri olduğu varsayımına dayanmaktadır. Çalışmanın özgün katkısı, tartışılan olguyu tekil bir medya davranışı olarak değil, günümüz iletişim kültürünün daha geniş bir semptomu olarak kavramsallaştırmasıdır. Bu yönüyle bildiri, iletişim süreçlerinde görünür olan davranışların arkasındaki duygu, dikkat, güç ve anlam ilişkilerini birlikte okumayı önermekte; böylece güncel medya tartışmalarına daha bütüncül bir teorik zemin kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu bağlamda bildirinin temel savı şudur: algoritmalar yalnızca içerik seçen teknik düzenekler değil; kullanıcıların duygusal yönelimlerini sınıflandıran, yoğunlaştıran ve ekonomik değere dönüştüren görünmez iletişimsel aktörlerdir. Bu nedenle bildiri, kuramsal tartışmanın pratik iletişim etiğiyle birlikte düşünülmesi gerektiğini vurgular. Sonuç olarak çalışma, çağdaş iletişim ortamlarında daha bilinçli, etik, yavaş, seçici ve insan merkezli bir iletişim anlayışının geliştirilmesi gerektiğini savunmaktadır.
